Resilience is interconnected
Individual and organisational resilience are closely connected. Organisations shape the conditions in which people work and develop, while individuals shape the organisations they are part of. Organisations, in turn, operate within societies, economies and planetary boundaries. Understanding these relationships is essential to understanding resilience.

Our purpose is to deepen understanding of organisational resilience and contribute to informed discussion about how organisations can remain viable and develop in a shrinking world. We aim to make research more accessible by bringing questions from practice into research and education.

We connect academic research with organisational reality. We examine evidence, compare perspectives and translate complex ideas into accessible concepts for students, managers and wider audiences. Rather than offering one formula for resilience, we explore the choices, capabilities and trade-offs that shape recovery, adaptation and transformation.
